Sustainable Swimwear
A Promise to Our Oceans
In recent years, sustainability has become a buzzword, capturing significant attention. Just as consumers are now scrutinizing the food they eat and the chemicals they expose themselves to, they are also altering their purchasing habits to contribute to a cleaner environment through the clothes they wear.
Today, professional women are more discerning than ever, focusing not only on the quality of their garments but also on the entire supply chain, production processes, and product afterlife. They are increasingly aware that a hang tag proclaiming "sustainable" does not necessarily indicate that the retailer is employing clean processes to produce that garment.
Better for our planet
One of the biggest culprits in the fashion industry is "fast fashion," or clothes made cheaply to meet
demands for the hot new styles. However, fast fashion is putting our future planet at risk. That's why at JALU we create long-term value by taking into consideration how we operate in the ecological, social and economic environment; creating quality swimwear with our planet's and ocean's well-being in mind.
